Purpose: Chris drove a full walk-through of every system they use today — screen-shared by Hannah — to spec the build. Goal was to check off everything they like + everything they wish it did.

Purpose: scope what it would actually take to replace Applause (tips + reviews), specifically the daily/instant tip payout, before telling Amanda we can or can't do it. Topher then authorized the House Health build and integration hardening. Topher likes the fabric and quality of Chubbies shirts and wants business-logo versions at less than $20 each. Topher hit Access blocked: Authorization Error — Error 401: deleted_client trying to sign into cc.madebyotten.com with Google. Root cause: the Google OAuth 2.0 client that the Cloudflare Access "Google" IdP points at had been deleted in Google Cloud Console (Google auto-deletes unverified/inactive OAuth clients). CF Access was still presenting the dead client_id to Google.

Fixed by recreating the OAuth client in the SAME Google Cloud project and rewriting the CF Access Google IdP config via API. Topher verified the browser login works ("I'm back in").

Amanda replied to the proposal asking for the price of "Plan A." Topher read that as "she may just want to buy the website and keep her current systems." Drafted Chris's reply across a few iterations: quote the standalone-site number honestly, then steer hard to Plan B (the partnership), because the growth comes from the CRM/automation/Maggie/ads working together, not from a prettier site. Topher brought the 6/15 Eric phone call (website + CRM + financing integration) to log. Continuation chat spun out cleanly from the Modern Maid pricing thread so the persona-load handoff carried full context without polluting CLI-133. Topher (now on Opus 4.8) pushed on the 2026-06-08 overnight draft: "why use a third party at all, and how do these companies get around Instagram's bot detection?" The honest answer reframed the whole build-vs-buy: reputable vendors (Behold, Curator, EmbedSocial) all go through Meta's official Graph API + per-account OAuth — front door, sanctioned traffic, no bot detection ever. Bot detection only lives on the scraping back door. What $30/mo Behold actually buys is a bureaucratic + maintenance burden transfer (App Review, OAuth + token mgmt across N clients, deprecation treadmill), not a technical moat. Aria rewrote the page to split the previously-conflated "DIY Meta API" and "scraper" options into two clearly different paths and added an explicit graduation trigger for when Aspire should bring the pipeline in-house.

Sunday 2026-06-07 was a cron-only day for Aria. No interactive session opened. All 5 commits on the day were autonomous: the 06:30 weekly self-audit, the 07:00 morning briefing, the 12:07 lunch email triage, the 17:07 EOD email triage, and a single Saturday-evening-style commit at 22:21 that landed CC site-health surfacing (commit 38490ed). This journal is backfilled by the 2026-06-08 morning cron per the journal-gap-detect rule — an undocumented day is the gap, not a missing chat.

One-shot ops task carved off the loaded Smart Home drawer. Pulled all user data off a retired late-2013 iMac (Tonys-iMac.local, 192.168.6.129, macOS 10.15.7 Catalina, account tonytipton), landed it on the NAS, then walked Topher through a donation-grade wipe + reinstall.

Came in via a pre-baked Claude-Code-web handoff brief: spa Homebridge integration "very inconsistent." Web session couldn't reach LAN; M4 picked it up with NAS + Tailscale.

Built and shipped a software mitigation: spa-resilience-proxy, a tiny Node TCP proxy sidecar on the NAS that maintains the single upstream slot, filters corrupt protocol frames before they confuse the plugin, and replays the last-good status frame at ~1 Hz during gaps. The proxy fix is robust and is the right call regardless of root cause.

On root cause I was wrong twice over and had to correct the published record — see the "Diagnosis correction" section below. Short version: I initially called it "2.4 GHz signal corruption." Topher pushed back (the module's on a close, clean eero pod), and a bake of the proxy's own logs proved him right: when connected the link is pristine; the real failure is the module dropping off the network entirely for 30–60 s bursts. Cause is still TBD between (A) the BWA module's own radio/firmware and (B) eero band-steering — neither fixed by a closer pod. I corrected OPS-109, the memory inventory, and the CC /info page, and added a time-boxed morning-brief step to fingerprint the dropout cadence over the next week.

# Site Health & SEO Intelligence System — Build Journal

Topher asked Aria to dig into why Google Home music skips and grouped audio gets staticky. Network probe from the wired M4 revealed 11 cast speakers + 3 cast groups, with 9 healthy speakers (4–29 ms avg RTT) and 2 broken ones — Living Room Max (78 ms avg / 351 ms max) and Guest Bath Mini (94 ms avg / 520 ms max + 5.6% packet loss).

Initial diagnosis pinned blame on RF coverage + cast group sync-to-slowest-member.
