✅ A complete copy of Pulse is secured — off their servers
Every record we can reach from Pulse has been extracted, merged with Jobber, and mirrored to the NAS
(clients/modern-maid/pulse-migration-backup-2026-07-16/). If the Pulse vendor
locks the account tomorrow, we still hold the data. Copy first, announce later.
What we pulled
| Contacts (full detail, 240 fields) | 6,883 | consent flags, lead source, addresses, Katie’s notes |
| Sales pipeline deals | 1,505 | contact-linked, values, status history |
| Project-Mgmt boards (11) | ~5,536 rows | incl. all 3 hiring boards |
| Jobber clients | 3,697 | for the merge / delta |
| Merged unique people | 7,694 | deduped, provenance-tagged |
The hiring process — fully captured
Every custom stage column preserved — we can rebuild Hannah’s recruiting pipeline in GHL from this.
Pulse ⇄ Jobber — the delta
843 paying customers exist only in Jobber, never in Pulse. That’s Hannah’s “call-in leads get lost in the sauce” gap, now a hard number — and 3,881 leads sat in Pulse and never converted (Katie’s “we’re lead rich and wasting them” pile).
Their reporting has been lying to them
Katie said the Won count looked wrong. Confirmed: the pipeline UI showed 14 Won / 7 Lost. The actual data is 377 Won / 81 Lost. Clean in our copy — a concrete “here’s what you’ve been flying blind on” point for the Amanda conversation.
Did we get everything? (honest map)
✅ Captured — everything migration-critical
- Contacts — all 6,883, every field, including Katie’s personal notes
- Deals — all 1,505 with full stage history + contact links
- All 11 boards including the complete hiring pipeline
- Jobber’s 3,697 clients for reconciliation
- Lead-source master list + Pulse user list
File attachments: none in Pulse. Applications are stored as form fields (which we have); signed HR docs live in PandaDoc/Dropbox, not Pulse.
⚠️ What remains — and why it doesn’t block us
- Per-contact activity timelines (historical “called/emailed on X” breadcrumbs) — optional deep pull; the substance is already in the notes field
- Automations, workflows & message templates — cannot be exported anywhere; we screenshot + rebuild in GHL
Next
- Second-pass dedup (~116 rows) → final clean GHL-import file.
- Extend the field map to deals → GHL opportunities + the hiring boards → a rebuilt recruiting pipeline.
- Re-consent plan for the 843 Jobber-only numbers before any SMS (protects A2P).
- Optional: deep pull of per-contact activity timelines if we want the full historical breadcrumbs.
