Alright, so we talked about Heel Quick, we talked about Modernmaid, we talked about the enhancements we need to make for our meetings going forward. What are other items on my to -do list?
Yeah, book our destined trip.
Okay, fair enough. I do need to book our destined trip. Nobody can really finalize a date for some reason, so maybe Aria's gonna have to pick the date out. But, are we gonna be there for 4th of July or not?
I think we're, yeah, I think Lauren said she's fine with it.
Everyone says they're fine with it, except Kinsey. Kinsey would like to be home.
But if they bring a friend that doesn't...
I don't know about that. We'll have that conversation later.
Um... Let's see, for Ugly John's tomorrow... Do you have questions on Ugly John's?
Well, do you think I should put together a homepage design? Something it could be?
If you'd like to, I don't think that would be a bad idea.
I work on that as a... Look at luxury, uh, car...
Sites, I don't know, maybe have our... Or... Vegas do some research and, like, put together a... A potential homepage design. Do
you know what they... So
do you understand what they're missing, though? No, what did they... Oh yeah, the...
The
slip stuff.
Eric says yes. He says it's really difficult for people in that area to get a boat slip. But the unique benefit about Ugly John's is that every time you buy a boat, they... Guarantee you a slip. So they save room.
Is that a location? Or is it just...
Good question. We need to ask if it's for any location. And if there's any stipulations. Because if we put something on the website about guaranteed, we need to make sure it's actually guaranteed. Um, so that'll be a conversation for tomorrow.
But that's what Eric is saying as a selling point. Like, and... He's like, it's so much... It's... That people buy a boat, and then they ask at the end, do you have any slips available? They don't even know that it's a benefit.
And Eric's saying, like, that's the best benefit on the whole lake. Like, no one else on the lake offers that. So he wants us to promote... Like, he wants to see that promoted. They don't show up on Google rankings, on search engine.
Um, and so that's an issue.
So...
There's some other things to...
Are there other clients I need to do work for? Oh, yeah. How about Made by Aspire? Is Made by Aspire at a good place? Do you feel it is?
Yeah, I mean, we need to make sure the concierge or Hope is, uh, working.
So Hope is on the site and it's working. It can work for me. You tried Hope, too? Yeah. That's something wrong with your computer. Thank you. I'll teach you.
But we have... We have your mom's site. We have Tony. We have Ryan.
So hold on. Let's talk about T's flooring. Tony. That's the next big one.
We have follow up with him. I have a conversation. Need
to send a follow up with him. Actually, you know what I need to do? I need to go into Made by Aspire's CRM and make sure all of our conversations are tracked. We need to have a centralized tracking hub for Tony, for Mom, for Amanda, for everybody.
You know what I mean?
You always do these side things instead of this company.
Well, that's the reason I'm talking about it because when's the last time we talked to Tony? Before we were doing this. We had our own CRM. So that's the thing. If we had our own CRM, some of this could be automated.
And following up with them and things like that. So that's not
a...
Why do you think I'm just side -by -side?
That's not a Tony project.
Oh, no. It's not. But it reminded me of that.
So for Tony, we need to follow up with him. I need Tony to send me his client list, his invoices. We actually have his voice AI agent up and running.
He's trained.
Yeah, pretty well trained. He needs fine -tuned.
He's able to put that agreement that leads to Tony's talent. I
haven't had Tony linked into the calendar yet.
That needs to happen. Yep.
Are you going to be able to carry over that?
That's a great test. So take note, Aria. We just left the car wash. We were in the car wash for the last minute and a half. And so curious how the scribe process is going to work with that level of background noise.
Put that back up. I don't want to feel the air. No. It's hot as shit out there anyways. It's not. It's 70 seconds. And we're talking. Okay. So Tony, we need a follow -up conversation.
Brian, we need to set a follow -up meeting. So I need to reach out to Brian. Brian's with BeClean. And we got some feedback that Brian's been showing off the website to other family members that he really likes it.
So that's a good sign. But then we need to talk to Brian and we need to work on getting him live. There's no reason Brian shouldn't be live. At least live with an MVP.
And that MVP can just be what he has today. And then I think he might be, he was concerned about like some of the converse or some of the like, he doesn't want everyone thinking that Brian's going to show up to do the job every time because.
I already
changed that.
Oh, you did take care of that. Okay. So we need to talk to him, make sure. We just need to go through and do a site review. We
need to get employee photos and names if he wants to put them on the website.
We
need to get more before and afters if he wants me to. Like I can't remember where, I think I got it from his Facebook page. Some of the pictures out there.
Okay.
And he needs to like, review like the pricing and all that stuff. But again, I think I've gotten that off of something.
Okay.
But the key thing is we need to set up a follow up appointment with Brian. I'm going to have that. I'm going to text him. Um, when we get home, I'm going to ask him for an hour. We're going to do that virtually bubbles is life.
Um, bubbles is his voice assistant. Everything's when it's live, it's trained, but it's not fine tuned. Like, yes, we need to go in there, have some test calls with it. Make sure it's answering like just some major thing, just a minor things that need tweaked to make it a perfect experience.
And then even for the first 30 days of a voice AI, we will be fine tweaking.
And he's able to book.
So none of these are hooked up to these people's personal calendars.
Well, that's something. I mean, you need to be able to book.
Yeah, but they have to sign in and they have to grant access to their personal calendars.
Anything else on Brian?
No.
Um, Chris with Delaware lanes is another one that could be live. That should be live. I control everything on the domain there. Um, and, um, so I need to send a follow up with Chris and a worst case scenario.
If there's a little bit of a site, that's not approved and production ready. Similarly, we can be live and, and not, not have all of it. Like if he's not ready for scheduling or something. Well, we need to figure out
the whole league thing. Cause so you need to take a look at it because what I have right now, I think it's hard coded into the availability is based off of what's out there right now on the site.
Like the schedule that you gave me. Yeah. Although I don't know, it might be just the hours. It says open, but I don't know if it's like using the league. So there's league information out there for the summer.
So it should be taking that into consideration too. Like whether there's lanes available, but we really need to get the AI voice working for him.
Yeah.
And the key thing is the AI voice is just answering his phone and telling them if they're open or if they have a league, which will be tied to the website, that's the key. And that's easy.
What was the hard part though? There was something hard. The action item we need to
look for is how are we going to show the availability? Are we going to always hard code it? Are we, are we, uh, with his league schedule that he has? Are we going to link into that, um, site that he uses?
Um,
TBD. I think the easiest way for that is that he will have it tied to his Google calendar and whether he sets up leagues on his Google calendar can come in that, but that I know easily can link into high level and link into the voice AI and everything like that.
How does that populate to. Figure out what we need to do to make that happen. Yeah, no, that's easy. It's just getting him integrated into using high level and putting it into his calendar, which I,
I feel like he's a better person to meet in person with.
Yeah.
Is there another client? Your mom. Oh yeah.
So, Clary's, pedals and wings are just pedals and wings.
Another one that we could probably be live as an MVP. Oh, maybe you
could do something to Shopify to make sure the inventory is right. No,
that's already done. That part's been done, man.
Well, what we have out there for some of the pages she said wasn't when we linked it
to No, it was like the tags.
Yeah. So we need to use the tags from Shopify.
Yeah.
Unfortunately, I didn't record the conversation with her.
Yeah, but you sent notes.
Sent notes where?
I don't know. I remember you saying you took, you had audio notes somewhere.
Yeah. I don't think so.
Um, we will now.
We need to figure out what we want Sydney to do. So she's out, she's going to the same camp. Kendall's going next week. So she'll be, she'll be out all next week, but we should have her all lined up in what we want her to do by when she comes back for the following week.
And, um,
in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, And, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, I was in the last week, Thank you.
