All right, it's recording. What?
I want to talk about the next steps and follow -up items needed. So we need to work on the items for Modernmaid, get a follow -up email out to them with clear steps on what we need from them and the items that we're going to work on and propose a follow -up time.
Anything else for Modernmaid?
No, not in terms of follow -up.
Okay.
I mean, she sent that file, right? Modernmaid? She emailed that to you? Or texted to you? Modernmaid? Yes, of Modernmaid. The new image with her in the red sneakers.
Oh, the new, the new, um, yeah. The new logo. I don't know. I don't think she did yet. So that's a follow -up item. Um,
okay. The next one that we need to do, that we need to talk about is, heal quick. So, Megan's ready to go live. She wants to go live with just, um, suppressing the team page and the shop page.
Um, so I'm going to work on getting that done this afternoon and I'll work with her on getting her live. Is there anything that I'm missing that I do need to finish her high level set up? Um, just so we can get some conversational AI and potentially some voice AI.
Um, probably at least in the demo site. And then we can look at rolling that out later too. But then when she can see it and test it. And that doesn't hold out the release. Are there items that I'm missing for that?
No,
we need to make sure, we probably need to break in the, uh,
shipping. Whatever. I feel like we're talking
weird. We're just having a conversation.
I know, but we need to make sure, we need to take away the income consultation thing. Oh, okay. It's like shipping.
Suppress it. Move it to studio.
Yeah, we'll move that to studio. It is in studio. Well, okay, fair enough. Uh, what I, what my plan was, was to remove the stuff from launch. It's still in studio and then have launch be scrubbed and ready and, and then push launch to production.
Once launch has moved into production, then production is now production and then launch could be the wave two. Does that make sense?
Um, what's the next client you want me to work on?
Well, we need to prep for the ugly John's meetings. Yeah.
By the way, you need to become, when we go into meetings like that, have all that stuff pulled up.
Yep. We need to have a prep file when we're going to head into a meeting. That prep file needs to have quick links to everything that's going to be important to that meeting. So the learning that we had in the modern made was that at moments notice, I was fumbling, looking for some recent documents that we sent and I had to go to the playbook and things weren't there in the playbook where I needed.
Yeah. The
clients need to be, I, I have a hard time finding it every time. So we need to move the location of the press, what prospect briefs we've, we've already run.
Yep. So when we go to the client playbook, um, well, today I was looking for the welcome message page that we made. I was looking for the prospect brief and I was looking for, um, the website reveal. And so it was hard to get, it took me a minute just to get there.
Then, um, once I was there, I couldn't find the prospect brief. So it does look like there's something wrong with the playbook where it's just hard to find all of the prospecting briefs, but then even the prospecting briefs for the clients that are in the client portfolio tab, it's missing.
So the clients on the portfolio tab, we need to have the prospecting brief, but then we need to have better navigation to get to all prospecting briefs that we've run in the past. Just so that anytime we go to the playbook and we're looking for it, we can find it.
Yep. So that's something we need to work on. Um, and then a prep document for every meeting. There's no reason we should go into a meeting without having a prep document, whether it's an online meeting or it's a, uh, um, an in -person meeting.
Jamie and I should have a prep document with items that we want to cover. Um, important links that we might need for that meeting. Um, objectives and goals of the meeting and what we want to go with our, um, like our next steps, potentially proposed next steps, just going into it.
So that when we get to that part of the meeting, we're not thinking through like, Oh, well, what are our next steps? Cause towards the end of the modern main meeting, yes, I started thinking to myself, Oh, we're out of time.
What did we want to accomplish? And did we accomplish it? Um, so that's important to have. And we'll now on, we'll need to have that meet. We'll need to have that pre before meeting. So I'll prepare that. I'll work with Aria to prepare that.
Um, okay, we're going to take a pause since we're at the dealership. And finally, as a great as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great, as a great
