Your UAT
Test the home you already have
Do not add or pair a new bridge. Open Apple Home normally and test the existing accessories. Start with state checks, then actuate only the devices you are comfortable testing while you can see them.
- 01Open Apple Home and confirm the existing Homebridge accessories are responding—no pairing step should be needed.
- 02Test Back Door Open/Close, Half Open, and Pet Pass while watching the door; then spot-check a Kasa device, Ring sensor, garage-door state, and spa state.
- 03Report anything missing, duplicated, stuck, or unresponsive. Aria can inspect it or restore the pre-v2 backup.
